A poetic evening to celebrate the closing of my artist residency in Marrakech.

Setting
A dinner under the stars, in the gardens of Jnane Tamsna, surrounded by ancient palm trees and lit by candlelight — a quiet moment suspended in time.

Inspiration
The menu was directly inspired by my project Khayal, echoing the colors, textures, and folds of the paper sculptures I created during the residency.

Creative Collaboration
With Chef Simo, we imagined dishes using seasonal produce from the garden, creating a dialogue between art and flavor.

Highlights
— A vibrant medley of garden beets, echoing the natural pigments I used to dye my folds.
— A deconstructed lemon tart — my favorite dessert — reinterpreted to let every flavor shine on its own.

A Gift for Guests
Each guest received a small beet-dyed paper sculpture — a delicate treasure to take home, infused with light, color, and memory.

A moment of shared beauty, between creation and celebration — where paper met plate, and art became experience.
