Pauline Loctin is a multidisciplinary creative director and sculptor of the senses, renowned for transforming raw materials into emotionally resonant, immersive experiences. She collaborates with brands, cultural institutions, and artistic teams to push the boundaries of materiality and storytelling—turning abstract narratives into tangible, sensorial journeys that connect deeply with people.
Rooted in her Mediterranean heritage, Loctin’s artistic practice explores themes of memory, identity, and belonging. Using folding, pleating, and layering techniques, she gives form to the invisible—transforming silence into texture, and emotion into sculptural presence. Her background in classical music informs her approach to rhythm and flow, adding a quiet musicality to her visual language.
As a sculptor of the senses, Loctin creates work that resonates across multiple sensory registers—through texture and color, but also through sound, scent, and movement. Her immersive installations invite audiences to slow down, breathe in, and feel deeply—bridging the physical and emotional through carefully crafted, multisensory experiences.
A strategic partner to brand visioning teams and cultural institutions, she leads creative projects that span from concept to execution. Whether shaping sculptural environments or designing experiential activations, she crafts narratives that leave lasting emotional imprints. Her expertise was honed through formal training at West Dean College and the Ciment Pleating atelier in London, where she studied under master artisans.
Loctin’s acclaimed projects—including Flying in Nuanced Colours, Undress Your Soul, and the Plié Project—have been exhibited internationally in Los Angeles, London, and Montreal. Her collaborators include the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, LVMH Métiers d’Art, BVLGARI, Four Seasons, COS, and The New York Times Magazine.
As an experiential creative director, Loctin offers more than visual impact—she designs moments of resonance and connection. Through cross-disciplinary collaboration and innovative material exploration, her work invites audiences to see, feel, and remember.
